Wha hoo, Creative starts to Sue Apple

We all know that Apple didn't invent the MP3 player, they just showed how to do it right better then everyone else. But that doesn't excuse them for adding nasty DRMs to their software and music downloads. So ultimetly I have to hope they loose. This lawsuit seems kinda lame, menus for MP3 players, yha, that sounds like a stretch. But I hope that this will get more people to realize that there's more MP3 players then the iPod. By the way, in my humble opinion, Creative does have a menu then the iPod.

I know some of you use the blog hosting company Myspace.com There's something you should be aware of, according to the Myspace.com terms of service, anyone who puts original work on the Myspace.com's servers you are granting them free worldwide, royalty-free license. That means you do not own any of the work you put on their servers and they can publish and distribute that work without compensating or recognizing you in any way. Also they can stop you from publishing your own work. IMHO it's just not worth it. There are plenty of blog servers out there and it's not to difficult to host your own. The long and short of it is, I beleve you should own your own work.
